  The Kids' Cupboard offers scholarship support to Ashland-Greenwood High School seniors or to AG graduates to help further their education. This support may be used for college, trade school, and more. Applicants must be past or present patrons of the Cupboard. For more information, contact Mr. Richards at the high school or any of the Kids’ Cupboard workers on Thursdays from 5-6 p.m. (in the basement of the American Lutheran Church).

The Kids' Cupboard is open tonight (Thursdays) from 5-6 p.m. in the basement of the American Lutheran Church (1941 Silver). It's available for children in need from preschool through 12th grade who live in the Ashland/Greenwood school district. All you have to do to access it is fill out a short registration form, and they are available at the cupboard.

We're so excited to finally be hiring again! Working in a chocolate factory is a lot of work but it can also be a lot of fun...

With the new expansion we are now hiring more year-round help for both the outlet store and our UPS/Internet fulfillment departments. Full-time and Part-time positions available. If you or anyone you know is in need please stop by the Village office and take what you need. The office is open 7am-6pm Monday through Friday and 10am-2pm on Saturday.

The Beaver Lake Women’s Auxiliary will be participating in this year’s Annual Beaver Lake Garage Sale as a Fundraiser for our scholarship program.  We will be taking donations of items to sell on Thursday, June 5th from 9 am to 6 pm at the Beaver Lake Clubhouse – 9410 Clubhouse Circle, Plattsmouth NE 68048.  We cannot accept clothing, shoes, large furniture or large appliances.  Please donate items in working order.  If you wish to donate early, please contact Linda Powers (402) 214-6712.

We will be open 8 am to 3 pm on Friday, June 6^th, and 8 am to 2 pm on Saturday June 7^th.  Both days we will be offering for sale: coffee and cinnamon rolls in the morning and hotdogs, chili dogs, Tammy’s famous chicken salad sandwiches, popcorn and other goodies in the afternoon.  YUM!!
