COMING EVENTS FOR THE COMING WEEK
School Cancelled - Effective, March 16th
School will be closed from March 16th - March 27th
March 15, 2020
AGPS will be closed effective Monday, March 16th. School will remain closed until at least Friday, March 27th. Due to the proximity of our community and the first case of COVID-19 ‘community spread’ diagnosed in Omaha, we feel out of extreme caution for the safety of staff and students and those they come in contact with that this decision is warranted at this time. It is with complete understanding that this announcement will be met with multiple questions. District Administrators will be working over the next few days to confirm additional information that may be helpful for our families. District communication tools will contain updated information when available. Your patience as we plan for this unprecedented event will be much appreciated.
All activities and all access to facility use is suspended while school is not in session. Games, activities, and practices are suspended. Students that need to retrieve materials or items from school need to contact their building offices prior to coming to school to assure they can access the building. During this time, our building will be undergoing a deep cleaning.....
